Torey Chandler
Junior Golf Tournament Manager

Chandler (formerly Johnson) joined the CGA in May, 2016. She handles pre-tournament administration for men's and women's championships such as communicating with host club staff and tournament participants. She also travels to provide on-site support at CGA championships as needed.

In 2014, Chandler graduated from Charleston Southern University in North Charleston, S.C., where she was a member of the golf team.  Her other experiences in the golf industry include volunteering with the Dorchester Dragons Special Olympics golf program and Swing Thought Tour, and working in the golf shops at CGA member clubs River Falls Plantation in Duncan, S.C., and Black Bear Golf Course in Longs, S.C. 

Chandler gained amateur golf administration experience working as an intern for the Greater Cincinnati Golf Association. Her responsibilities there included creating tournaments within the Tournament Pairing Program, designing promotional materials, and managing social media accounts.

"I am extremely honored and excited to be joining the Carolinas Golf Association," said Chandler, a Moore, S.C. native. "Having participated in Carolinas Golf Association events in the past, I know the first class experiences players are provided by the CGA. I am looking forward to being a part of this prestigious team to continue to administer top quality events and services for the CGA golfers.” Chandler was a member of the Carolinas team in the 2011 and 2013 Carolinas-Virginias Women's Team Matches.
